Mike Dubberly
Senior Advisor

Mr. Dubberly brings over 37 years of progressive experience in aircraft structural design, analysis, testing, and fleet management. Particular strengths of his include development of structural design requirements currently used on all Navy Aircraft, as well as pioneering efforts in developing and introducing composite structures on Navy aircraft, and developing and implementing a fleet structural management philosophy, based on individual aircraft diagnostics, which has saved over $10 billion dollars on the current F/A-18 fleet alone.

For the last 15 years, Mr. Dubberly has served as an aircraft structures and materials consultant. Prior to consulting, Mr. Dubberly spent more than a decade as Head of the Structures Division at Naval Air Systems Command in Arlington, VA, following an 11-year career as an engineer for Navair Structures focusing on Fighter/Attack aircraft strength.

Mr. Dubberly holds a M.S. in Structural Engineering from George Washington University and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute and the Defense Systems Management College.
