Len Dube
Senior Advisor

After a 40-year career in senior management with the US Army, Mr. Dubé brings a wealth of experience to SMI. Through his previous role, he has extensive experience as a change agent in financial management force development, automated financial systems design, installation management organization design and implementation. He has been intimately involved with political leaders at the state and federal levels, Chambers of Commerce, town managers and local town Selectmen. During his career, he has held a variety of positions with the Test and Evaluation Command, the Edgewood Arsenal, the First US Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Soldier Chemical and Biological Command, and the Natick Soldier Systems Center, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Deputy to the Commanding General to the Natick Soldier Systems Command in his last assignment.

Mr. Dubé holds a BA in Business Administration from Towson State University, an MA in Business Management from Central Michigan University and is a Harvard University Senior Executive Fellow. He is a Certified Acquisition Professional (Level III) in Business, Cost Estimating & Financial Management, and a lifetime member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers.
