Aura Dunn
Senior Advisor

Aura Dunn brings over sixteen years of experience in the government relations field with one-third of it spent on Capitol Hill. Recently, she was a Professional Staff Member of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education under Chairman Arlen Specter. There Mrs. Dunn worked with hundreds of universities and organizations seeking funding within STEM and the federal domestic budget. Mrs. Dunn has also represented universities, public television stations, and biotech companies on emerging medical devices and genetic testing. Mrs. Dunn has served on the Board of Directors for the Alternative House for Abused and Homeless Children and Teenage Mothers, and the United States Library of Congress’ Child Care Association.

Dunn graduated with honors and holds a Master of Public Administration from the George Washington University and a B.A. in Sociology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She was awarded the prestigious Congressional Fellowship from Ford Motor Company, which launched her career in government relations.
