Ryan Bowley Joins SMINovember 4 2009 
Ryan Bowley has joined Strategic Marketing Innovations (SMI) as an Associate. Mr. Bowley comes to SMI from the office Congressman Henry E. Brown, where he served most recently as Legislative Director and was directly responsible for policy work for the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. "Ryan brings a wealth of legislative experience and talent to the table, and his understanding of the legislative process is an invaluable asset to SMI,” said Ted Lynch, President of SMI. “We are pleased that Ryan chose to join the growing team at SMI.” Prior to joining Congressman Brown’s office, Mr. Bowley was a Legislative Assistant for Congressman John E. Peterson (PA-5), where he served as associate staffer to the Interior and Environment Appropriations Subcommittee. Here, he focused on energy development and research, federal lands policy, and clean air and water programs. He also worked on policy issues related to the Energy and Water Development and Transportation/HUD appropriations bills, a role he also continued in Congressman Brown’s office. Mr. Bowley received his undergraduate degree in political science from American University and his Master’s degree in political management from The George Washington University.
