John Frazier Glenn, Ph.D.

Dr. John Frazier Glenn, PhD served as  the Principal Assistant for Research and Technology at the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command at Fort Detrick, Maryland where he exercised scientific direction for the Command's Science and Technology programs ($1.7 billion in FY15) in Combat Casualty Care, Military Operational Medicine, Clinical and Rehabilitative Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Medical Biological and Chemical Defense, Medical Modeling & Simulation, and Bioinformatics, as well as oversight of Congressionally Directed Special Interest Research Programs, and the scientific programs in the Command’s worldwide laboratory system.  His more than 40 years of combined service as a commissioned officer in the U. S. Army Medical Service Corps, and as a member of the U. S. Army Senior Executive Service, has provided him with experience in biomedical research and development at every level from investigator to executive management.
