30 years of active duty in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
Col. Jack O’Neill (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, ret.) has over 30 years of experience in Army engineering and is well versed in construction, environmental, and technology projects.

Previously, Col. O’Neill served as the Director of the of the Army Staff Office of the Chief of Engineers at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers where he led diverse programs and projects spanning military construction, stevedoring, civil works, counter-mine and counter-IED programs, and military bridging. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Director of The Army Engineer Association (AEA), where he held responsibility for overall AEA support to the U.S. Army Engineer Regiment, its alumni, and its industry partners. He developed and has maintained a strong and substantial network spanning senior engineers in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard, and contacts in hundreds of private sector companies and firms that do business with the DoD engineering community. Col. O’Neill also worked as the Business Development Manager at Hughes Aircraft Company where he worked with a variety of Army command, control, communications and intelligence systems. During his military career, he served in many assignments with the 82nd Airborne Division, the 1st Armored Division, the 2nd Armored Division and the 24th Infantry Division. In the Pentagon, he was the Director of Army Staff in the Office of the Chief of Engineers.

Col. O’Neill holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Southern Mississippi and a MPA from the George Washington University.
